- Accidental damage (drops, liquid spills, power surges, lightening)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs / modifications
- Software issues, including viruses, malware, ransomware, or corrupted operating systems
- Consumables such as printer ink, batteries, or cables unless faulty on arrival
- Wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, etc.)
- Power supply unit (PSU), power adaptor (charger), power cables, damaged screen.
- Warranty Void Seal is tampered or removed
- Damaged or lost products by courier firms
🔄 Warranty Claim Process

- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

- If necessary, return the product for inspection.
- Warranty claims are processed within 7–30 business days
📦 Delivery Fees
- Customers are responsible for delivery fees.
- Delivery charges for returns or exchanges for wrong orders by clients are the responsibility of the customer.

- Customers are responsible for safe packaging when returning items.
- Bestsella will not cover shipping costs for warranty claims.
- Incorrect Items are eligible for return & exchange immedietely after delivery.
- Products without proper original packaging will not be accepted.
